2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Payment Method: We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
  • Exact Change: Please try to have the exact amount ready when the rider arrives. Riders may not always carry sufficient change.
  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order, our team in Lahore will likely call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order details and total amount before dispatching. If we cannot reach you, the order may be delayed or cancelled.

3. Product Disclaimer (Cosmetics)

  • Skin Sensitivity: Cosmetics affect everyone differently. We recommend doing a patch test before applying a new product to your face or skin.
  • Authenticity: We guarantee that all products sold are [original/authentic OR high-quality formulations]. If you have specific allergies, please check the ingredient list (physically on the product upon delivery) before accepting it.
